Job Description

seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to perform watch officer duties on a defense contract. This role calls for 24/7 monitoring of the overall health of the network and will be performed on a shift schedule.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 5+ years of Cyber Security experience.

  Experience using SIEM tools such as ArcSight, Splunk, Wireshark, etc.

  Familiarity with the STIG process.

  Holds an active IAT level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).

  Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.

  MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SHIFT WORK (days, afternoons, nights and/or weekends).

• Monitor the health of the network by incident handling, threat detection, trend analysis, and vulnerability tracking.
  

  Coordinate Computer Network Defense operations with the agencies Component Commands/Services/Agencies/Field Activities (CC/S/A/FA).

  Report on the operations towards the mission, day-to-day objectives and project deliverables.

  Demonstrate understanding of the lifecycle of network threats and vulnerability exploitations.
