In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with key enterprise customers and coordinate internally across our enterprise in order to present how current relationship and the journey we will take to grow the relationship. Account Executives work extensively with key stakeholders creating a high degree of client trust resulting from expertise and experience in similar sales/relationship focused roles. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a desire to innovate, collaborate and create with customers and colleagues in the construct of a strategic relationship.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
7+ years in sales or relationship management and providing business solutions to mid to large sized organizations.
Proven ability to work with and influence senior level leaders internally and externally.
Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience with development of strategic account plans.
The creative ability, product and technical expertise to develop industry leading web sites, tools and modelers for large Fortune 500 customers in the DC and DB space.
Strong leadership, collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong relationship building and consultative skills to influence senior level leaders and key stakeholders.
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the clients' organizations by creating deep relationships and provide consultative recommendations and best practices to achieve both the clients' and objectives.
Establish strategic account plans and objectives focused on new revenue growth, existing revenue retention and client satisfaction to ensure long-term growth for our clients.
Establish and manage internal budgets and external budgets with clients.
Work closely with sales, product management, marketing and technology across the enterprise to determine the best solutions for clients through existing and future products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to meet and exceed client expectations.
Monitor and analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and develop strategic direction from market information.
Coordinate efforts to ensure a seamless experience and closely monitor the overall client relationship across internal business units and serve as the senior escalation point for client issues.
