Job Description

Communicate clearly with customers via various mediums (phone, chat, email) to provide exceptional support.

Work with customers to properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute their requests.

Recommend products or solutions based on customer needs and an evaluation of issues to ensure long term success.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 8+ years relevant experience.

    Exceptional troubleshooting skills.

    Advanced understanding of server hardware, setups, and common hosting services.

    Responsible for installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning with proven knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with LINUX Operating Systems.

    VMware administration experience.

    Strong Knowledge & Experience on patching, VMware Virtualization.

    Bash Scripting.

  • Install, manage, and troubleshoot software related to our hosting products.

    Provide support for a variety of third party software under our Beyond Scope Support umbrella.

    Keep apprised of pertinent technological developments and internal communications in order to stay on top of potential customer needs or issues.

    Work with third party vendors to facilitate the resolution of issues.

    Create, review, and improve internal documentation.

    Offsite position with minimal travel requirement ( i.e. 4-6 times a year).

    8 hour shift ( 2-3 days a week).
