This is critical position that provides engineering support to Channels Clients platforms. Not location critical and can work from home.
Provide technical assistance based on the research of current software and operating system service packs, patches, updates and fixes for desktop.
Recommend, evaluate & document Operating System level standards, IE standards, GPO requests.
Experience in the planning and implementation of remote software deployment to customer's desktop via Active Directory, CA or SCCM with minimal disruption.
Work with project managers on global projects with a focus on technical design, risk assessment, timing and benefits;Work with business subject matter experts and key stakeholders to successfully integrate their solutions and objectives on to our platform;Provide desktop management automation through scripting to provide consistent and predictable services.
Scripting languages, deployment tool experience, desktop migration experience, windows engineering, GPO, AD etc.
