You will need excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication skills, trouble shooting skills, excellent follow-through and strong PC skills.
Network certification preferred.
Providing telephone troubleshooting assistance for Video, Access Control, Intrusion, and Fire Detection systems Communicate effectively to customers via telephone Use of support system tools (PC based systems and telephones) You will follow predefined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate issues.
Education + Experience
Required High school or equivalent education required, college degree preferred Experience in use of a volt/ohm meter.
Experience with basic electronics or PC systems knowledge.
Experience with network admin/IP, and operating systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Must be able to communicate and share information easily over the telephone.
One year experience installing or servicing security systems (Intrusion/Access/Video) preferred.
