This individual must have IT or life science experience along with a strong PM experience. This PM needs to own and drive projects, be a step ahead and think about what's next.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Over 4 years of PM experience with agile methodologies
• Must have a technical background or have no problem working with technical teams to understand the products, users, and technical solutions at a high level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills amongst cross-functional teams
• Ideal candidates possess R&D science-related experience
• Managing customer expectations is critical to this role
• Effectively manage expectations for stakeholders
• Adequately manage scrum process throughout projects
• Ensure all teams are on track with deadlines and requirements
• Communicating with cross-functional team members
