The Creative Group is currently hiring for a Marketing Analyst for a client in the Sandy Springs area. This is a direct hire position.
5-7 years' experience managing and analyzing databases, marketing program segmentation and analytics.
Multiple client or brand experience.
Experience with consumer marketing campaign reporting and KPIs.
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications.
Strong attention to detail. Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
Strong interpersonal skills essential. Demonstrated experience working across teams in complex matrix organizations.
Ability to work independently and handle complex projects in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Strong experience with Datorama or similar reporting and analytics software.
Experience with CRM technology (preferably Salesforce).
Experience with Marketing Automation software (preferably Marketing Cloud or Pardot).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Develops and manages CRM data, reporting and analytics for the company and our clients:
Responsible for the intake, validation, and cleansing process of client lead files prior to upload to the CRM database (Salesforce)
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the CRM system.
Works with BI team on the purchase and integration of third-party data.
Generate customer segmentation for email marketing, direct mail marketing, online marketing, and other marketing efforts.
Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of Datorama.
Create and manage dashboards and reports in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Datorama.
Analyze campaign results, provide insight on data patterns, and recommend tactical improvements.
Build and provide client facing reports with program KPIs.
Work with IT and other departments on data processes and workflows.
