At least three years' of experience in a business analyst role and three years of Salesforce experience, including one year of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in Salesforce Lead Conversion and experience with various Salesforce modules including Marketing, Community Cloud, Agile Accelerator, and/or Lightning, Email/Mobile, Automation, Web Studios, MC Connect and Analytics
Demonstrate some understanding of Visual Force, HTML, Javascript, CSS, SSJS, SQL (MySQL), APEX, REST, SOAP support
Proven track record in leading initiatives, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements
Salesforce (SFDC) certification and Salesforce adoption experience are preferred
Scrum or Agile methodology experience is a must with Scrum Master experience preferred
Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality
Demonstrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Concept pilots and producing the supporting documentation
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders with external vendors to achieve project goals
Guide best practices for security model, mobile deployment strategies, workflow, data validation, analytics, and specialized processes (such as Lead Management or Campaign Management)
Author a detailed design solution and configuration specification using diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes
Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to Shell
Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum (EDGE) team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects
